Our new Office chairs
When you introduce some changes into the company you have to always take the opinion of your workers into consideration. After all they are supposed to be happy from the changes that you have introduced for them. Am I right or not? They should be able to state their opinion about the changes and tell you whether it was profitable for them or not. Trust me I know what I am talking about as I own a company on my own. Recently I have bought new Office chairs for my workers as I thought that they can^t use the old ones anymore. They were really damaged and that was not good for them for sure. I have found this one company producing Office chairs and I have placed an order. I have been really excited about it and I was hoping that my workers will appreciate this fact. Unfortunately I have received a lot of complains from them and that has been a shock for me. I have been disappointed when I have learned that those Office chairs are not perfect. I wanted them to be a gift for my workers but it didn^t work out. I had no choice but to buy new ones and this time they were happy in 100% from the choice that I have made. What is your experience with things of that kind? Please share it with me, thanks in advance.
